We are a vibrant yoga studio based in Southern New Jersey, with two permanent locations in Medford and Maple Shade. During the summer, we also offer beach yoga sessions Saturdays in Brigantine, NJ. We are a women-owned and operated studio. We believe that yoga is for ALL!

Our intention is to provide a safe and welcoming space for you to explore and deepen your yoga practice. We pride ourselves on having high-integrity teachers and staff who are dedicated to supporting your journey. At Shine Power Yoga, we offer a diverse range of heated and non-heated classes.
