Central to the 40 Days to Personal Revolution program is a consistent yoga practice. Participants are encouraged to commit to daily practice, either in-studio or at home. SHINE POWER YOGA offers a variety of classes, ensuring that practitioners of all levels can find their flow and challenge themselves appropriately. Whether it’s a vigorous Vinyasa session or a restorative Deep Hot Stretch, the yoga component of the program lays the groundwork for transformation.

Understanding that true wellness extends beyond the mat, the program includes a comprehensive nutrition guide by Baron. Participants receive guidance on healthy eating habits, including ideas and recipes that emphasize whole, nourishing foods.
