Contract/Refund Policy: Clients must agree to a 50% refund only after booking until August 19th. After August 19th Clients agree there is no refund given for any reason (medical, weather, conflicts). No transfers of retreat bookings after August 12th.

Yes for the most part, the only thing not included is a water vessel, linens for those who are bringing their own mattress/tent, any specific dietary needs. SHINE & Rooted Acres will provide everything listed on the detailed web page. If you want to bring a bicycle, we highly recommend the biking trails you can access right from the property…miles and miles of trails.

All of the tents/Cabin have electricity inside except for the Wilderness Tent, it is right outside near the sink/basin. The main community area where we will have meals and yoga classes also has electricity you can use for charging.
