Shine Policies:

• We ask you respect our time integrity policy. Classes begin right at the start time of class and must arrive before the start time of class to be let in. Once the doors are locked you will not have access into the class. We ask you do not knock on the doors to be let in or perform any other disruptive behavior.

• If you have booked a class that you can no longer attended you must cancel the class at least 5 minutes before time of class to ensure the class goes back on your account.

• All refunds go back onto your Shine account to use for future purchase. We cannot issue refunds back onto credit cards.

• Any processing fees incurred by Shine as a result of student error will be charged to the student.

• There will be a $25 processing fee per transaction for all declined credit cards.

• Classes that are donation based are NOT refunded.

• SHINE Business Policy for events/workshops/masterclass is no refund is given if cancelled within 24 hours of start of program.  NO refunds are given back to credit cards/cash and all will be applied to the clients account for future use.

• If canceling your membership: email wanda@shinepoweryoga.com 14 days prior to your next billing date!
