Whether you’re parenting, teaching, babysitting, or interested in leading kids’ classes, this workshop will be an introduction to teaching the principles and practice of yoga to kids of all ages. We’ll have fun with movement, pranayama breath work, meditation techniques, and asana poses that help to foster resilience, decrease anxiety, and build strength and flexibility for all ages.
