Yin Training

This immersive 10-Hour Course Yin Yoga is structured to cover the essential elements of Teaching Yin Yoga. This in-person training will provide you with a foundational understanding of Yin Yoga:

  • The 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • 7 Archetypal Yin Poses

  • structuring of a Yin class

  • Anatomy for Yin

  • Setting up with the use of props.

To receive a certificate of completion, the student must provide leaders post- course with a written reflection and class sequencing description within 30 days of the training date.

What to Bring: Journal, Pen/Pencil, Snacks, Lunch/Dinner (or money to buy), yoga mat, if you have bolster/blanket/blocks or any other yin props want to bring you can; 

What to Wear: Dress is comfy athletic clothing.
