Join John for a 1 mile hike to warm up before taking the dip into the water! Beginning your New Year with a new mindset; embracing the cold for 3 minutes! Building connection to nature, community and what it feels like to do hard things! By embracing challenges you are embracing changing your mindset & begin to change your life! After the hike and dip we will meet back at the studio and enjoy a power yoga flow! The balance of cold + hot will bring your body, mind and soul into new opportunities for challenge + change!
