This Powerful Program is based off the book by Baron Baptiste, 40 Days to Personal Revolution.  You will explore and create new habits around exercise, meditation, nutrition and behaviors.  Taryn & Ruth will be leading this program and meeting will be in Medford each Sunday at Noon starting with a one hour practice, followed by a one hour meeting.  There are two options to purchase $99 which is the program only or $199 Which is the program and unlimited yoga (one class a day) for the 40 days!

After enrollment you will need to purchase the book "40 Days to Personal Revolution" by Baron Baptiste and read the forward before the first meeting.  Additional, we recommend a journal to write in (get away from computer).
